How could you return an item purchased from Stride LifeStyle?




Please check the delivered products & packaging immediately after receiving in presence of delivery staff.

In case of damaged packaging/product, wrong quantity of products that you originally ordered online, wrong products/product variants delivered; please check the delivery package and inform the delivery person immediately to return the products.

Any damaged return/replacement claim after delivery person leaves, will not be accepted.

If you want the product to be gift wrapped, kindly mention it in the order comment section when you place the order online. This may cause delay in dispatching your order.

If you have made online payments for your products through Debit/Credit Card but did not receive any confirmation email / confirmation call from our customer service number: 016.... or send us email to: info@stride4u.com

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?


Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:



Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.

Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, Gift with purchase and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.

Serial Number is tampered.

Product is used or altered.

If a request is initiated after 10 business days of order delivery.

Free products provided by the brand are not returned.




What to do if you have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?




Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

Do you have to return the free gift when you wish to return an order?



Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
